A few days ago, I saw Miniature Tigers had a show in Chapel Hill tonight, and one in Atlanta tomorrow night..so...to make things easier and to get a good night's sleep..I invited them to spend the night at our house and take their time getting to Atlanta. They kindly offered to put us on the list for the show, but I had to decline, as we were still planning on leaving for PA in the morning. However, D&D took them up on their offer and at 7:30pm made their way to Chapel Hill for the 10pm set. Me? I admit I was envious, but I still had some things to do before the 7 hour drive.
Luckily, I woke up when everyone got home..3 am..and I had a chance to visit for a bit. As I said before, sweet bands are worth their weight in gold, and these guys are more of some of the nicest to ever cross our threshold. I can't get over our good fortune, and how they feel the same way. These little pieces of time well spent makes it all worthwhile.
Oh..be on the lookout for them too..the blogs and press are buzzing like mad bees about this band.
