Sun Jan 25 - Simplified - Mac's BBQ

Got a wild hair and had a cravin' to see the boys in Simplified, so off we went to Mac's BBQ for an evening's escape.  As always, the room was pretty full of many dedicated fans, dancing and singing along to every song.  It's nice when the band only has to play covers if they feel like it now, as most are there to hear their originals.  That 3 hours (2 breaks) went by all too fast, as always.  As luck would have it, we ran into Mark Federal and he invited us to stop in Tyber Creek to catch the band there (whose name escapes me, but man they played some killer R&B and blues.)  I killed it at darts too...I was hitting everything I needed to almost instantly.  Great fun.  Then over to Mark's apartment for a bit of music and whatever other surprises he had in store.  AND..we saw a deer on the way home!  Sweet impromptu evening.
