First..pick up the winnings from the Time Warner Blues & BBQ Festival. First person to answer one of the Tweet trivia questions was yep, me. I had no idea what I won until after the fact..and the coolest were the 2 VIP passes to the concerts!! We were planning on seeing the BoDeans anyway tomorrow night..but for now...We picked up the package, grabbed a couple of BBQ sandwiches from 2 new places for us (our favorite being Gibson's from Monroe). We had to head back home though to get ready to meet David Holtzclaw & Mer Laney whom were our roadtrip buddies to see Jon Anderson in Greensboro. Yes, as I had SO hoped, he was sublime, peaceful, calming, loving, appreciative, warm...just a pure glowing light and presence. And Dave & Mer were GREAT traveling companions. Loved Natty Greene's!
