Fri Nov 12 - Finnegan Bell - Selwyn Pub and Stamper - The Mill
Selwyn Pub's outdoor patio (with 2 fireplaces) was packed with regulars and some newbies like ourselves. I'd heard Finnegan Bell online (or through a CD from the Muse?) and I really liked what I heard a lot. Dana and I were heading out to see Stamper later in the evening, so we decided to stop here for a bite and to catch some of his solo performance. He WAS very good, but unfortunately, it was so busy and noisy that we couldn't hear much very well. But he had a lot of friends and family there and afterwards when we spoke to him, he was extremely happy with the evening. And so were we.
On to The Mill to chill to one of those wonderful, ethereal Stamper performances. And that we did. Might I add the bartender at the Mill was extremely generous as well lol.
